Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping to the United States typically takes 2–6 business days. International orders may take 14–31 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times and availability vary depending on location.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. You can monitor your package anytime through our Track Your Order page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free, worldwide.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. You can initiate a return by contacting customer support.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Orders & Payments
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order within 1 hour of placing it, unless it has already been processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at smartsupply@pm.me. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Product & Warranty
Do your products include a warranty?
Most products are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Some may include additional manufacturer warranties, as noted on the product pages.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest.
How can I reach customer service?

Gifting & Promotions
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping.
Where do I enter a discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout before completing your payment. Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise noted.
